Cancellation Policy
- Patients can cancel a consultation up to 2 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows (failure to join a booked consultation) are non-refundable.
- Doctors may cancel a consultation due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be processed automatically.

Refund Policy
- Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 5-7 business days.
- The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
- For pharmacy orders, refunds are processed as per the product return policy mentioned on the product page.
- If a prescribed medicine is unavailable, the amount will be refunded in full within 3 business days.
