No Cancellation Policy
- Once a consultation or service has been booked and payment has been successfully completed, the appointment cannot be cancelled.
- Patients are requested to carefully review all booking details, including the selected doctor, consultation type, date, and time before confirming the appointment.
- Appointment bookings are final and cannot be modified or cancelled after confirmation.

No Refund Policy
- All payments made on OnlineVaidyaJi are final and non-refundable.
- No refunds will be provided for:
- Missed appointments or no-shows.
- Late arrival or failure to attend the scheduled consultation.
- Change of mind after booking.
- Technical issues on the patient's side, including internet connectivity or device-related problems.
- If a consultation is interrupted due to technical issues from the patient's side, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Doctor Availability
- In rare cases where a doctor is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, OnlineVaidyaJi will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the consultation with the same or another qualified AYUSH doctor at no additional cost.
- No monetary refund will be issued for such rescheduled appointments.
