5. Payment & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

• Consultation fees are set by individual doctors
• Refunds are handled as per the cancellation policy
• We do not store payment card information

6. Limitation of Liability

OnlineVaidyaJi acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the quality of medical services provided by doctors. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information obtained through the platform.
